What can hypnosis be used for?

How does hypnosis work?

Hypnosis is a naturally occurring state. You experience it when reading a book or watching Netflix. It works by using your breath or closing your eyes to enter a relaxed state. You are then able to access different stages of brain waves. This combination of concentration and relaxed state you are then able to access your subconscious mind. Yes, you can do this on your own because all hypnosis is self-hypnosis.

What does hypnosis feel like?

Hypnosis feels very relaxing. Your mind is calm and your body may feel heavy due to being so relaxed but you are always completely aware of your environment and the process. You are always in control and we check in every step of the way.

What can I expect during a session?

We will spend time reveiewing your goals and answering all your questions. Once we have agreed that hypnosis is a good fit, we will create a plan together.This is team work, hypnosis is client centered.
